How much notice am I required to provide before cancelling?
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. This helps ensure we have time to stop direct debits, and start the process of finding someone to take your spot.
WHEN WILL I GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK?
Security deposits will be refunded within 7 business days following exit, assuming all fobs ect. have been returned, all personal items have been taken home, and no damage was left.
Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?
Yes, memberships can be paused for up to 2 months, as half the rate of your standard membership. This lets you retain your desk, and keep items stored in the Neighbourhood while you explore the world.
